The Pronto Junk Team ("we", "us") is a small family-owned business in NSW. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address, address or suburb, a description of the items, and the photos you upload.

How we collect it

Estimate requests are submitted through our online form, hosted by Jobber (our job management provider). We may also collect information when you call, text or email us.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your estimate, contact you, book and complete the job, invoice you, and improve our service. We don't sell your information.

Cookies and advertising

This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, which set cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads (for example, when someone clicks our estimate button or calls us). We may also use a call tracking service that shows a tracking phone number. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (such as Jobber, Google and our call tracking provider), or where required by law. Some providers may store data overseas.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for business or legal purposes.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct your information, or make a complaint, by contacting us. If you're not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
